It's an immersive therapeutic experience combining professional counselling and psychotherapy, horses, nature and the support of like-minded women in the peaceful Avon Valley. Unlike a traditional one-hour appointment, you'll enjoy four unrushed hours each week to regulate your nervous system, develop practical coping strategies, connect with horses, explore creative therapies and reflect in a safe, supportive environment.
