The Grounded Horsewoman Program - that gives you confidence from the ground up. This program was created to help women develop real confidence, practical horsemanship skills from the ground up, and a deeper understanding of horses in a supportive and relaxed environment. Many people are taught how to ride, but not always the foundations that help them feel calm and capable around horses. This program focuses on those essential skills. At this stage the sessions can be 1-on-1 for you, but you are also very welcome to bring a friend, partner, or family member if you’d like to learn together. Many people enjoy sharing the experience. Program Overview During sessions we explore: • understanding horse behaviour and psychology • safe groundwork and horse handling • building confidence around horses • communication and connection with horses • horse care and everyday management • practical property setups and horse ownership tips • developing calm, capable horsemanship skills The goal is to help women become confident, capable horsewomen, whether they already own a horse or are preparing to in the future. What Makes This Program Different This mentorship includes personal development. Horses respond to our energy, emotions, and body language, which means working with them can help us develop: • calm presence • emotional awareness • leadership skills • clear communication • confidence in ourselves and with horses Many participants find that the skills they learn with horses also improve their confidence in everyday life. Session Structure Grounding and Awareness Learning how to regulate your body and emotions before interacting with horses. Skill Building Hands-on groundwork and handling exercises to develop calm leadership and communication with horses. Horse Connection Learning to read horse behaviour and build trust and connection. Reflection and Integration Discussing what you experienced during the session and how to apply it with your own horse or in future horse interactions. Session Options Sessions are hands-on and personalised. You can choose: • Private 1-on-1 mentoring • Shared sessions for two participants Shared sessions are great for: • friends • couples • mother and daughter • people learning together before purchasing a horse Participants may also bring their own horse if appropriate.
