💜🐴 NEW AT EKE Equine Kinship Experience WEDNESDAY WARRIORS 🐴💜 Do you feel like you’re carrying too much… and doing it mostly alone? Grief. Loss. Anger. Burnout. Emotional exhaustion. The weight of caring for everyone else. Trying to stay strong while quietly struggling inside. Sometimes life teaches us how to survive… …but not always how to heal. ✨ Wednesday Warriors is a gentle yet powerful 6-week healing journey designed for those navigating: 💜 Grief & loss 💜 Unresolved pain or trauma 💜 Anger & emotional overwhelm 💜 Major life transitions 💜 Caregiver fatigue & burnout 💜 Feeling stuck in survival mode Together, in a safe and supportive small group, we will explore healing through: 🐴 Equine-assisted therapy with Mystic & the EKE herd 🧠 Understanding your nervous system 🌿 Somatic & grounding practices 🎨 Creative & reflective activities 💬 Shared connection & support 🤍 Safe emotional expression and release You do not need horse experience. This is ground-based only (non-riding). Sometimes the most healing thing is realising: ✨ You are not broken. ✨ You are not weak. ✨ You are not alone. Healing happens in connection. 📅 Wednesdays ⏰ 10:00am – 12:00pm 💰 Program runs for 6 weeks (2hrs per session x6 =12 hours total) for $450 upfront We encourage all to attend every session.
